The In-Clinic Programs of Sound Health Solutions offer an atmosphere many of our clients find attractive and inviting. Each clinic has a fully equipped gym including a variety of choices for cardiovascular exercise. Our showering and dressing areas offer complete privacy.

Several employers and unions in the Puget Sound area have contracted with us to provide a weight-management benefit to their beneficiaries. All programs integrate the Nutrition, Fitness and Change components and involve one-to-one sessions with our professionals. Weekly seminars on nutrition or behavior change are available to all.

After they have completed their program, our clients receive a lifetime discount for the use of our gyms.
