Many of our corporate and trade-union customers want to provide a weight-management benefit to all their qualified beneficiaries, regardless of where they live and work. Since 2005, we have been bringing our experts to clients across the country through Sound Health CONNECT™.

Using secure technology and a webcam we provide, each client has appointments with the dietitian and change counselor on his or her team. Clients receive additional support through weekly calls with their health coach. Each week a group is offered, alternating between nutrition webinars and group-support conference calls.

We provide a set of interactive web-based tools at 4shsONLINE so that clients can track their progress and easily report their eating and exercise patterns to their team.

Clients have two options for the program’s fitness-training component, both of which include convenient one-to-one sessions for instruction and training with a certified personal trainer.

OPTION #1:
We provide exercise balls and bands and a web cam to be used in scheduled web-based appointments with our trainers.

OPTION #2:
We contract with a trainer or a gym near the client’s home or work. We then a) monitor the client’s training to assure quality and b) incorporate the local trainer into the work of the team. Ask us if we have a weight-management contract with your healthcare benefit provider.
